SERVICE AGREEMENT

By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Hoosier Wash Pros. These policies are designed to ensure safe operations, protect your property, and maintain clear communication throughout the service process.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hoosier Wash Pros reserves the right to require a deposit to secure scheduling.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit or debit card, or approved financing options. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in additional fees, collection actions, or legal remedies as allowed by law.

The customer agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection costs, court fees, or attorney fees associated with unpaid balances.

Non-Payment and Chargebacks

If payment is not received according to the agreed payment terms, Hoosier Wash Pros reserves the right to pursue collection of the outstanding balance. This may include placing the account with a collections agency or pursuing legal action to recover the amount owed.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been completed as agreed. Any billing disputes must first be addressed directly with Hoosier Wash Pros so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.

Scheduling and Arrival Window

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. A typical arrival window of 1 to 3 hours is standard due to route scheduling and job duration variables.

Hoosier Wash Pros reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, mechanical problems, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified and provided with the next available service date.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to all service areas

  • Ensure gates are unlocked prior to arrival

  • Move vehicles, furniture, and personal property from service areas unless otherwise arranged

  • Provide access to a functioning outdoor water supply unless previously discussed

  • Secure pets indoors or away from the work area

  • Inform Hoosier Wash Pros of any known hazards or pre-existing damage

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional service charges.

Pets and Work Area Safety

For safety and liability reasons, pets must be kept inside or properly secured during service. Hoosier Wash Pros is not responsible for pets that escape, become injured, or come into contact with cleaning solutions if they are not properly secured.

Customers agree not to schedule other contractors to work in the same exterior areas during service unless prior arrangements have been made. This helps reduce safety risks and liability concerns.

Access to Property and Utilities

Customers must provide access to all work areas necessary to complete the service. Gates must be unlocked and service areas must be accessible upon arrival.

A working water supply is required for most services. If water is not available on site and prior arrangements have not been made, additional charges may apply for providing water or rescheduling service.

Service Limitations and Expectations

Standard exterior cleaning services provided by Hoosier Wash Pros include the removal of typical organic growth such as mold, mildew, algae, and dirt. Specialty stain removal or restoration services are not included unless specifically listed in the estimate.

Certain stains and conditions may require additional treatment, equipment, or time and may result in additional charges. While we strive to deliver the best possible results, some stains or discoloration may not be completely removable due to the nature of the surface, age of materials, or prior maintenance.

Examples of services that may require additional charges include but are not limited to:

  • Rust, irrigation, or clay stain removal

  • Oil or grease stain removal

  • Oxidation removal

  • Efflorescence removal

  • Paint or graffiti removal

  • Heavy debris removal

  • Surface restoration services

Weather and Rescheduling Policy

Hoosier Wash Pros reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions that may affect safety, service quality, or equipment operation. This includes rain, high winds, lightning, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe working conditions.

If rescheduling is necessary, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the next available service date. Weather delays are a normal part of exterior cleaning services and are outside of the company's control.

Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

Hoosier Wash Pros is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear. Exterior cleaning may reveal previously hidden damage or cause loose materials to detach if they were already compromised prior to service.

Examples of pre-existing conditions include but are not limited to:

  • Loose or deteriorated paint

  • Oxidized or weathered surfaces

  • Cracked siding or mortar

  • Failing caulk or seals

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Structural defects

Any visible damage discovered before or during service may be documented for reference.

Plant and Landscaping Protection

Hoosier Wash Pros takes reasonable precautions to protect plants, grass, and landscaping during the cleaning process. Cleaning solutions are applied according to industry standards and surfaces are rinsed thoroughly.

However, plants and landscaping may be affected in rare circumstances due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Pre-existing plant health

  • Soil conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Lack of watering before or after service

  • Sensitivity of specific plant species

Customers are encouraged to water landscaping before and after service to help minimize risk.

Water and Solution Intrusion

Exterior cleaning involves the use of water and cleaning solutions. Hoosier Wash Pros assumes the property is properly sealed and maintained prior to service.

The company is not responsible for water or solution entering the structure through existing openings, defective seals, damaged siding, improperly installed windows or doors, or other structural deficiencies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows and doors are closed prior to service.

Satisfaction and Damage Reporting

Customer satisfaction is important to Hoosier Wash Pros. If there are any concerns regarding the service provided, customers must notify the company within 48 hours of service completion.

Failure to report concerns within this time frame may limit the company's ability to investigate or resolve the issue.

Photo and Video Use

Hoosier Wash Pros may take photographs or videos of the property before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes.

These images may be used on the company's website, social media pages, advertisements, or other promotional materials.

Customers who do not wish to have their property images used for marketing must notify Hoosier Wash Pros prior to scheduling service.
