1. Services Provided

Hoosier Wash Pros provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter brightening, deck and fence cleaning.

We do not provide window screen cleaning due to liability. If screens are removed prior to service, we may rinse the windows with low pressure at the customer’s request.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

Customers must provide accurate property information to ensure proper service estimates.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for last day cancellations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must provide clear access to water (if required).

Customer must remove fragile items, vehicles, furniture, and other obstacles prior to service. Hoosier Wash Pros is not responsible for damage to items left in service areas.

Customer is responsible for ensuring that all doors and windows are closed during washing.

5. Liability & Warranties

Hoosier Wash Pros uses industry-standard techniques to minimize risk; however, pressure and soft washing inherently carry some risks (such as paint oxidation removal, loose siding exposure, pre-existing damage becoming visible, or water intrusion).

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by improper installation, poor maintenance, or structural defects.

Results may vary depending on age, material, and condition of surfaces. No guarantees are made regarding complete stain removal (e.g., rust, oil, organic growth).

6. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather for safety reasons. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

7. Website Use

We make no guarantees that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability
