How To Prepare For Your Upcoming Service
Please read each topic about the service you've requested so you're ready for your upcoming visit. We can't wait to meet you!
No, you don't need to be home. As long as we can reach your property and an outdoor water spigot, we can complete the work while you go about your day. Please unlock any gates we'll need to pass through, and we'll let you know when the job is finished.
Move vehicles, grills, planters, furniture, toys and doormats off the driveway, patio or walkways being cleaned. Close nearby windows and doors, keep pets inside, and make sure an outdoor spigot is working. If there are areas you'd like us to pay extra attention to, just let us know when we arrive.
Keep windows closed, bring pets inside and move cars away from the house so overspray and runoff can't reach them. Clear patio furniture and decorations from directly below the roofline. We'll pre-wet and rinse your landscaping to protect your plants before and after the treatment.
Make sure we have clear access around the perimeter of your home so our ladders can be set safely. Move vehicles, furniture and fragile items away from the walls, and let us know about any gutter guards, loose sections or problem areas you've noticed.
Close all windows and doors, turn off any exterior outlets or lighting that could get wet, and move furniture, décor and hanging plants away from the siding. Keep pets indoors until everything has been rinsed and dried. We'll handle the rest, including rinsing your landscaping.
Payment is due once your service is complete and you're happy with the results. We'll go over the available payment options with you when we confirm your quote, so there are no surprises on service day.
Commercial clients are invoiced after each completed service or on the schedule set in their maintenance agreement. We'll confirm billing details, contacts and any paperwork your business needs before the first visit.
